§ 94.36 QUARANTINE.

The Health Inspector shall have charge of the enforcement of the quarantine rules. He shall have the power and the authority to place any premises within which a contagious or epidemic disease occurs under quarantine; and the Health Inspector shall determine the time when the quarantine ends.
