§ 92.05 COMPLIANCE WITH ORDERS CONCERNING PUBLIC SAFETY, WELFARE.
   After the proclamation of a civil emergency, the President of the Board of Trustees may, in the interest of public safety and welfare, and to address the issues caused and/or threatened by the emergency, exercise by executive order such powers of the Corporate Authorities as may be reasonably necessary to respond to the emergency and make or take any or all of the following actions during the state of emergency:
   (A)   Approve previously appropriated expenditures of the village for the purpose of continuing the operations of the municipality.
   (B)   Order the closing of all retail liquor stores, including taverns and private clubs or portions thereof wherein the consumption of intoxicating liquor and beer is permitted.
   (C)   Order the discontinuance of the sale of alcoholic liquor by any wholesaler or retailer.
   (D)   Order the discontinuance of selling, distributing, or giving away gasoline or other liquid flammable or combustible products in any container other than a gasoline tank properly affixed to a motor vehicle.
   (E)   Order the discontinuance of selling, distributing, dispensing, or giving away of any firearms or ammunition of any character whatsoever.
   (F)   Take all other actions, and such other orders as are reasonably necessary to respond to the emergency and necessary for the protection of life and property.
