§ 91.71 AUTHORITY TO ASCERTAIN INOCULATION AGAINST RABIES AND REGISTRATION.
   The Animal Control Officer is hereby authorized to ascertain by observation and by inquiry of the animal owner if the dog is inoculated against rabies and registered.
