Any licensed veterinarian who inoculated dogs against rabies in the village shall enter such evidence on standardized forms approved by the village. All costs of inoculation shall be borne by the owner of the dog. After inoculation, a rabies tag shall be furnished by the veterinarian or by the Administrator upon presentation of a completed vaccination certificate.
