§ 91.03 PROHIBITING ANIMALS IN PUBLIC PLACES; EXCEPTION.

No dogs or other animals shall be permitted, even though on a leash, to enter any public hall or building, restaurant, or any other business establishment anywhere in the village during the time that said place is open for public business. The provisions of this section shall not apply to dogs leading blind persons.
