It shall be unlawful to park any vehicle upon any street, parkway, or any portion of a front yard for the purpose of displaying it for sale, or to park any vehicle upon any business street from which vehicle merchandise is peddled. This provision shall not apply to any streets, parkways, and front yards located immediately adjacent to any commercial or industrial areas.
