It shall be unlawful to park any vehicle on any public street in the village at any time within 12 hours after a snowfall of two inches or more has occurred. Any person, firm or corporation violating this provisions shall be fined not less than $50 for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed occurring on each day a particular vehicle remains so parked.
