§ 98.16 CONSTRUCTION OR PRIVATE PROPERTY ACTIVITY THAT IMPACTS PUBLIC TREES OR SHRUBS.
   In the case that a construction project or other activity on private property impacts a public tree or shrub, protections in the American National Standards for Tree Care Operations (ANSI A300) shall apply.
