§ 98.05 TREE BOARD.

There is hereby created and established a Tree Board for the village, which shall consist of the members of the village Public Works Committee, the Director of Public Services, and if possible, a village employee who is a certified arborist. The term of office for the Tree Board will run concurrently with the Public Works Committee appointments.
