This section shall not affect the validity of any other systems of administrative adjudication authorized by state law and adopted by the village, including, but not limited to, the system of adjudication for village vehicular standing, parking compliance regulations, vehicle license or wheel tax violations, and related vehicular compliance related violations set forth in Chapter 73 of this code.
