§ 112.49 AGE OF BARTENDERS, SERVERS AND SELLERS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person under the age of 21 years of age to attend bar or draw, pour or mix alcoholic liquor on any licensed premises for consumption on the premises, and shall be unlawful for any licensee holding a local liquor license authorizing the sale of alcoholic liquor or any officer, associate, member, representative, agent, or employee of such licensee, to engage, employ, or permit any person under the age of 21 years to be employed to attend the bar or to draw, pour or mix any alcoholic liquor on any licensed premises for consumption on the premises.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person under the age of 18 years of age to act as cocktail servers and deliver alcoholic beverages from the bar to patrons seated at booths or tables in the licensed premises for consumption on the premises.
   (C)   It shall be unlawful for any person under the age of 18 years of age to sell packaged alcoholic liquor for off-premises consumption.
