(A) Adoption. There is hereby adopted by reference as if fully set out herein that certain code known as the 2015 International Fuel Gas Code, current edition, as per the State of Illinois, as prepared and published by the International Code Council, together with the additions, insertions, deletions and changes hereinafter set forth, three copies of which have been on file for a period of more than 30 days prior to the adoption of this code and now are on file in the office of the Village Clerk.
(B) Amendments.
(1) Section 101.1 Insert: “Village of Peotone”.
(2) Section 106.6 Delete the entire section and see the Village of Peotone Fee Schedule.
(3) Section 108.4 Fines. Fines shall be as established by the Village of Peotone Fee Schedule.
