(A) Every owner of any tree overhanging any street or right-of-way within the village shall prune the branches so that such branches shall not obstruct the view of any street intersection or stop sign or any other street sign.
(B) Any tree or shrub which overhangs any sidewalk, street, or other public place in the municipality in such a way as to impede or interfere with traffic or pedestrian traffic on such public place shall be trimmed by the owner of the abutting premises or of the premises on which such tree or shrub grows so that the obstruction shall cease. Any tree or shrub which overhangs any part of a sidewalk with seven feet or less distance from the tree or shrub to the sidewalk is deemed to interfere with and impede pedestrian traffic.
(C) Any tree or limb of a tree which has become likely to fall on or across any public way or place shall be removed by the owner of the premises on which such tree grows or stands.
(D) The Director of Public Services may trim, or cause to be trimmed any such tree or shrub or remove any such tree or branch thereof so that the obstruction or danger to traffic or passage shall be done away with.
