The Village Board hereby adopts the Eastern Will County Regional Emergency Operations Plan dated March 28, 2016, a true, correct and complete copy of which is marked Exhibit A, attached to Ordinance 16-01 and incorporated by reference as if fully set forth herein, and the Village Board does hereby further authorize the Village President, Village Clerk, Village Administrator, Police Chief and Public Works Superintendent to execute the Village of Peotone signature page on the plan on behalf of the village and to perform any other action as may be necessary or convenient to effectuate this section.
