The Christmas Event Organizing Commission shall consist of seven members. At least one member shall be a sitting Village Trustee who will act as a liaison to the Village Board. The members of this Commission are acting strictly on a volunteer basis. This Commission and its chairperson will be appointed by the Village President and shall be subject to the advice and consent of the corporate authorities. Commission members appointed will serve until the end of that current calendar year with new Commission members appointed no later than September 1 of the next calendar year.
