§ 50.37 APPLICATION AND REVOCATION.
   (A)   Applications for such licenses shall be made to the Village Clerk; and shall be referred by him to the Village President and Board of Trustees. No license shall be issued except on order of the Village Board of Trustees.
   (B)   The Village Board of Trustees may revoke the license of any license holder if application documents are found to be false or upon repeated violations of village ordinances.
