§ 50.05 EXPOSED GARBAGE.

It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to deposit anywhere in the village any uncovered piles of refuse, garbage, offal, or carcasses of dead animals. Any uncovered pile of refuse is hereby declared to be a nuisance.
