§ 70.40 OPERATION WHILE UNDER THE INFLUENCE.

A person who drives or is in actual physical control of a neighborhood vehicle on a roadway while under the influence is subject to ILCS Ch. 625, Act 5, § 11-500 through and inclusive of § 11-502 of the Illinois Motor Vehicle Code, and applicable provisions of the Peotone Municipal Code pertaining to the operation of vehicle while under the influence.
