(A) All employees of the village, hired by the village subsequent hereto, will be hired on a probationary status in a position separate from a permanent position; however, the provisions hereof may be specifically waived by the Village Board of Trustees at the sole discretion of said Board of Trustees.
(B) Probationary status shall be as outlined in Village personnel manual.
