§ 151.43 MAINTENANCE RESPONSIBILITY.
   The abutting property owner or owners shall be responsible for the repair, replacement, or reconstruction of all broken or defective sidewalks to a safe condition, and to maintain in a safe condition all sidewalks in the abutting street right-of-way (per Iowa Code § 364.12(2c)).
