No person shall park a vehicle upon the roadway for the principal purpose of:
(A) Displaying such vehicle for sale;
(B) Displaying advertising;
(C) Selling merchandise from the vehicle except in a duly established market place or when so authorized or licensed under the ordinances of the city; and
(D) Storage or as junk or dead storage for more than 48 hours.
