6-3-4: VIOLATION; PENALTY:

No person shall wilfully fail or refuse to pay, when due, any service fee owed the village in connection with this chapter. Any person who shall be convicted of violation of this chapter shall be fined as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code for each offense. (Ord. 1117, 7-15-1997; amd. 2016 Code)
