4-7-11: PENALTY:
Any person who violates the provisions of this chapter shall be fined as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed for each day that a violation continues. (Ord. 2015-1449, 7-15-2015; amd. 2016 Code)
