Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code for each offense. In addition to the penalty set forth herein, the village retains the right to suspend or revoke the license for a violation of any of the provisions of this chapter or state or federal laws.
