The Mayor or a duly authorized representative as specified in this chapter is hereby charged with the duty of enforcing the provisions of this Ordinance. The administration of this Ordinance is hereby vested in the following entities:
(a) Council (Village Council).
(b) Commission (Planning Commission).
(c) Board (Board of Zoning Appeals).
(d) Zoning Officer, Fiscal Officer and Village Planner.
The purpose of this chapter is to set forth the responsibilities and scope of authority of these entities. (Ord. 21-2020. Passed 12-14-20.)
