Any person desiring to demolish a building in the Village shall apply to the Mayor for a permit on application forms, available at the office of the Village Clerk-Treasurer. A ten dollar ($10.00) fee shall accompany any application. The application shall include information adequate to assure that the applicant has and will comply with the requirements set forth in Section 1341.03 hereof. For the purpose of this chapter, the term “building” shall not include one-car garages, outhouses, chicken sheds, or tool sheds whose dimensions are twelve feet by twenty feet or less.
