139.13 COURT APPEARANCE PAY.

If any full, part-time, or auxiliary police officer is required in the function of his/her job with the Village to appear in Court for any reason other than Jury Duty, he/she shall be deemed to have worked a minimum of three hours. However, any witness or mileage fees received by the officer from the Court for so serving shall be turned over to the Village.
