139.11 POLICE POLICY AND PROCEDURE MANUAL.

(a) The Mayor is hereby authorized to approve the Police Department's Police Policies and Procedures Manual as submitted to Council by the Chief of Police and Mayor.

(b) A copy of the Police Policies and Procedures Manual shall be maintained by the Chief of Police for public inspection.
