(A) Site construction control. Erosion and sediment control measures shall be designed and installed in accordance with 327 IAC Article 15, the forthcoming construction general permit to be adopted by the ERB and the criteria described in the current town stormwater drainage standards.
(B) Post-construction control. Stormwater discharges from new development and redevelopment sites is managed in such a way that the post-development discharge does not exceed the pre-development discharge based on the two-year, ten-year, and 100-year peak events. This is achieved through implementation of site design strategies, control measures, and other practices deemed necessary by the town. Additional details can be found in the current town stormwater drainage standards and shall be consistent with the intent of 327 IAC Article 15 and the forthcoming construction general permit to be adopted by the ERB.
