In certain situations the Pendleton Water Co. may allow several residential or commercial customers in a single premises to be served by a single master meter. In such cases, the monthly minimum bill will not be less than the combined minimum bills if each customer were metered individually. For this purpose, a customer will be defined as an individual residential unit or individual business (several customers may be located within one structure).
