Portalets may be introduced into the POTW only at locations designated by the Chief Operator, and at such times as are established by the Chief Operator. Such waste shall not violate any provision of this chapter or any other requirements established by the town. The Chief Operator may require the haulers to obtain individual wastewater discharge permits.
