(A) The following permit fees shall apply to this subchapter:

(B) Bonds required.

(2) Bonds may be in the form of a surety bond, cash bond, or irrevocable letter of credit.
(3) If the calculated bond exceeds the $5,000 continuous bond posted by a utility company under the utility blanket permit requirement, a separate bond in the overage amount must be posted.
(4) The bond will be waived for an adjacent homeowner who is doing less than 100 lineal feet of work or at the Public Works Director's discretion.
