§ 50.145 PERMIT REVOCATION.
   (A)    Individual wastewater discharge permits shall be voidable upon cessation of operations or transfer of business ownership. All individual wastewater discharge permits issued to a user are void upon the issuance of a new individual wastewater discharge permit to that user.
   (B)   Permits shall be revoked based on the conditions set forth in § 50.187(F).
