(A)
Any industrial user proposing the expansion of any process, production, and/or storage facility shall be required to notify the town of such intentions as soon as such plans for expansion have been made available to company officials or no less than 90 days prior to the anticipated expansion start-up of construction.
(B) The industrial user shall submit such information required for the town to determine if existing permit modifications are necessary and/or if new or additional pretreatment facilities are required.
(C) The town shall provide to the user its determination of required improvements, if any, to ensure compliance with this chapter and national pretreatment standards.
