§ 50.117 REVISION OF LIMITATIONS.

(A) The town reserves the right to revise and make more stringent than the national categorical pretreatment standards any limitations necessary to comply with the objectives of this chapter.

(B) Such revised limitations shall be incorporated in all discharge permits issued by the town.
