(A)
No statement contained in this subchapter shall be construed as preventing an agreement or arrangement between the town and any industrial concern whereby industrial waste of unusual design, strength or character may be accepted by the town for treatment, subject to payment therefore by the industrial concern.
(B) Any such agreement between the town and any industrial concern must ensure full compliance of National Categorical Pretreatment Standards and other applicable federal or state requirements.
