§ 50.094 METER REQUIRED WHEN WATER NOT SUPPLIED.
   (A)    In all cases where commercial or industrial premises or facilities are connected to the town's sewage disposal system and are not supplied water by the town, the town shall require that the water used be measured by a meter acceptable to the town and that sewer service charges be assessed against that quality and quantity of sewage flow in exactly the same manner as if the water were being supplied by the town. The cost of the installation and maintenance of the meter shall be borne by the customer exclusively.
   (B)   Flow meters installed shall comply with applicable requirements of § 30.092 of this chapter.
