(A) No person shall, without written consent of the town, make more than one connection to the public sewer to provide sewer service to his or her residence, business, institution, industry, etc.
(B) Should more than one connection exist for any residence, business, institution, industry, etc. and in the opinion of the town that a single connection would be to the best interest of the town, then upon written notification by the town such multiple connections shall be removed in a manner acceptable to the town and a single connection provided, all within 60 days from date of notification by the town. The town will not be responsible for any costs associated with the elimination of the multiple services.
(C) Except by the issuance of special permits for unusual cases where two buildings are located on the same lot with no feasible alternative, separated building connections to the public sewer are required.
