§ 50.079 UNCOVERING OR INJURING OF PUBLIC SEWERS.
   (A)   No person not authorized by the town shall uncover, make connections with or opening into, alter or disturb any public sewer or appurtenances with first obtaining a written permit from the town.
   (B)   No person shall do or cause to be done any injury of any kind in any manner to any part of the town's treatment works.
   (C)   Those persons violating this chapter shall be responsible for all costs incurred by the town in ensuring compliance with this section; repair of damages or injuries to the treatment works; and other costs deemed appropriate by the town which would be considered costs beyond the normal operation and maintenance costs of the system entire.
   (D)   A violation of this section will be considered a misdemeanor and prosecution shall be in accordance with other town ordinances.
