§ 50.075 PROHIBITED CONNECTIONS TO PUBLIC SEWERS.
   (A)   No person shall maintain or make a connection of roof downspouts, exterior foundation drains, areaway drains, or other sources of surface runoff or groundwater to a building sewer or building drain which, in turn, is connected directly or indirectly to a public sanitary sewer.
   (B)   No person shall make a connection which introduces sanitary wastewater into the town’s storm sewer system.
   (C)   No person shall make a connection to any portion of the town’s treatment works which has not received the necessary approvals or which required fees have not been paid in full.
   (D)   Such connections as noted above shall be considered a misdemeanor and such persons violating this section shall be responsible for all costs incurred by the town to ensure full compliance of this chapter.
