(A) Any person or firm complying with § 50.002 shall be required to deposit a utility service fee, refundable at the time service is discontinued. For determination of connection fees, refer to water and sewer charges as periodically published by the town.
(B) No connection fee shall be charged to terminate and relocate services from one physical address to another after the initial connection fee referenced above has been paid.
(C) No connection fee shall be charged to change name only, when the name change is necessary due to marriage, divorce, or death.
(D) After 4pm, no new connections will be made.
