§ 151.21 CONFLICT.
   Whenever this chapter imposes a higher standard than required by other resolutions, ordinances, rules or regulations, the provisions of this chapter shall govern. When provisions of any other statute impose higher standards, unless so specified herein, the provisions of such statute shall govern.
