(A) This chapter shall be known and cited as the International Property Maintenance Code, as adopted by the Town of Pendleton.
(B) The Town Council declares that the provisions and procedures set forth in the International Property Maintenance Code, as published by the International Code Council, and any and all amendments, revisions and supplements thereto, are hereby adopted by the Town of Pendleton, and all model codes and standards adopted thereunder and incorporated by reference herein, and shall be applicable to all property, buildings and structures located within the town limits of Pendleton. Any provision which made reference to this chapter shall also be deemed, where applicable, to make a reference to the “International Property Maintenance Code.”
(C) The following sections of the International Property Maintenance Code are hereby revised as follows:
(1) Section 101.1. Insert: Town of Pendleton.
(2) Section 103.5. Insert: Refer to the Town of Pendleton Municipal Fee Scheduled as periodically published by the Town as well as the Anderson County Building and Codes fee schedule.
(3) Section 112.4. Insert: $100 or more than $500 - Each day that a violation continues after due notice has been served shall be deemed a separate offense.
(4) Section 302.4. Insert: 18" within 100 feet of any structure
(5) Section 304.14. Insert: May 1 - October 1.
(6) Section 602.3. Insert: October 1 - April 30.
(7) Section 602.4. Insert: October 1 - April 30.
