§ 70.212 OPERATIONS OF ATV OR UTV ON ROADS IN TOWN.

ATV's and UTV's shall not be driven on any roads in the Town of Pendleton. An ATV or UTV used as an authorized emergency vehicle is exempt from this chapter. The terms of this section of the chapter shall not be required for local government use.
