§ 70.151 DISPLAY FOR SALE, WASHING REPAIRS, ETC., PROHIBITED.

No person shall stand or park vehicles within any public right-of-way for the principal purpose of displaying it for sale or washing, greasing or repairing such vehicle except repairs necessitated by an emergency.
