§ 70.116 EMERGENCY REMOVAL OR VEHICLES.
   If an emergency arises which, in the opinion of the town, necessitates the removal of legally parked vehicles, the town shall remove such vehicles at its own expense and notify the owners of the place where their vehicles can be claimed.
