§ 70.115 FAILURE TO PAY PENALTY.

Any person who shall fail to pay the fines imposed by the preceding section or who shall violate or fail to comply with any of the provisions of this section for which no specific penalty is provided, or shall counsel, aid or abet any such violation or failure to comply shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
