(A) Smoking prohibited in town buildings. It shall be unlawful for any person to smoke, or carry a lighted cigar, cigarette, pipe, or other lighted smoking equipment in the public buildings owned by the town. “No Smoking” signs shall be conspicuously displayed in all such buildings.
(B) Designated smoking areas. Anyone wishing to smoke may do so under the covered exit areas attached to each building.
