It shall be unlawful for any person to load or unload merchandise from trucks or other vehicles in front of any business, except where unable to load or unload at the rear thereof and use of front door loading does not constitute a traffic hazard. Stopping times shall be reasonable. If a business has a designed loading area then trucks or other vehicles should utilize that area.
