§ 70.101 DIRECTION, ANGLE, ETC., FOR PARKING RESTRICTED.
   No person shall park a vehicle in a roadway other than parallel thereto, headed in the direction of traffic and with the curbside wheels of the vehicle within twelve inches of the edge of the roadway, unless as otherwise may be permitted for angle parking and officially designated therefor.
